招聘條件Job Requirement：
  1.本科以上學歷Bachelor degree or above；
  2.有5年以上項目管理經驗More than 5 years project management working experience；
  3.英語口語流利，能獨立和國外客戶溝通Fluent spoken and written English；
  4.有電子、半導體類產品工作背景優(yōu)先考慮electronic products project management is preferred；
5.有較強的分析和解決問題能力Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities
6.有責任心，優(yōu)秀的團隊協(xié)作性，善于溝通 Good communication and negotiation skill, team oriented ,professional presentation skills.
崗位職責Job Description:
  1.負責公司新項目的項目管理工作Be responsible for new project management；
  2.負責對新項目在工廠的導入量產，使項目的管理達到公司和客戶的要求Be responsible for NPI；
  3.協(xié)調內、外部資源安排項目工作，確保項目按計劃進行Negotiation with internal &outside partner on project issues；
  4.負責項目總體規(guī)劃及實施Manage timeline of the whole project, make sure development and production meet the deadline；
5. 負責項目成本控制、項目總體質量及進度管理，對項目生命周期全程管理All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
6.Other job assigned
